You seriously just inspired me even more to continue with my goals. in the last week and a half I have lost 5 lbs within my own competition. The one thing I am seriously lagging is my workout. I know it is vitally important to losing weight, but unlike my high school years I have lost the motivation. After reading the post I started wondering about my own cholesterol and many other things. If I don't take working out seriously my goals will not be full-filled as I wish them to be! Thanks for the inspiration!
